Small portions eaten more often all day has certainly helped me maintain a healthy life. I practice paying attention to the nutritional content of everything I eat; however, I always include a little something in the “not so good for you” catagory every day. We are all human & I eat healthy & exercise so that I can enjoy what I want from time to time.
